Staff Review Of Treasure Island
Treasure Island Hotel & Casino has recently been re-designed and offers pleasant and elegant guestrooms, that while some are small, all are luxurious and comfortable. This is a Caribbean-style resort on the Strip, only walking distance from the Fashion Mall.
The Guest Rooms at Treasure Island offer an array of views with floor-to-ceiling windows, marble bathrooms, handcrafted furniture, Elite SensaTIonal beds, and other standard amenities. View options include Sirens Cove, sunset over the Spring Mountain Range, the Tropical Lagoon and Volcano at the Mirage, or a panoramic view of the Las Vegas Strip. Petite Suites offer more space and include an extra bathroom, whirlpool tub, and sitting area. If you want more, the Executive Suite has a living room and an upgraded sound system. For those looking for ample luxury, the Tower Suite is laid out in a studio-style floor plan with separate sitting area, dining table, and everything listed above. Treasure Island also offers the Luxury Suite, the Premier Suite, and the Penthouse Suite, which has one or two bedrooms, two large sitting areas, an entertainment center with surround sound, plasma television, powder room, separate service entrance, and more.
Treasure Island's Casino houses an extensive Poker Room with eight live action tables, tournaments, and some alternative poker variations. There are also plenty of table games, a high roller's lounge, a sports book, slots, and more.
Upscale Dining at Treasure Island offers the Social House, with interactive sushi bar, the Steak House, and Isla from Chef Richard Sadoval serving a modern twist on the traditional tastes of Mexican cuisine. For a more casual meal, TI has Pizzeria Francesco's, Kahunaville, Canter's Deli, the Buffet at TI, the Coffee Shop, Pho - Vietnamese, and many others.
Entertainment comes in many forms at Treasure Island. The Sirens of TI® is a dance show that takes place right on the Strip. It's a musical-meets-action spectacular. Treasure Island also houses it's very own exciting and passionate Cirque cu Soleil show, "Mystére." Also, MIST, TI's ultra-lounge is always bumpin'. If you really like to party though, do not miss Christian Audigier The Nightclub, which fuses the world of design with rock-n-roll, as tattoo artwork, from Audigier, the designer behind Ed Hardy and other clothing lines, adorns the walls and the wait staff.
Treasure Island also has a spa, weddings packages, a pool with DJ Mike Kleid entertaining guests, and access to dozens of shops. Find your way to the Fashion Show Shopping Mall via a pedestrian bridge conveniently located by the Race and Sportsbook.
Treasure Island is a great place to stay for any type of traveling group. For business, friends, or family, TI has a lot to offer. There are also many promotions going on at any given time at Treasure Island, including a special for soldiers returning home from Iraq. Treasure Island is one of the best priced hotels on the Strip and offers just as much plush comfort as some of the more ritzy places.
