Fine Dining Restaurants
When the finer things in life are a key element of a vacation experience, there are specific destinations that simply cannot be passed over in a major tourism hub. Las Vegas is home to a number of sumptuous fine dining restaurants throughout the city that will tantalize each and every one of the senses; mind, body and soul.
Top of the World at Stratosphere
Guests truly feel like they are on top of the world as the floor-to-ceiling windows of the Top of the World restaurant at the Stratosphere overlook the entire city of Las Vegas and gorgeous mountain ranges beyond. At 844 feet in the air, fine dining in Vegas doesn’t get much better. The menu is designed by chefs Rick Giffin and Claude Gaty, promising a fantastic meal with service to match. Guests aren’t bothered by waiting for a table. They simply head up to the 107 Lounge and enjoy appetizers, cocktails and martinis while delighting in the sensuous entertainment of live music (Wed-Sat).
Eiffel Tower Restaurant at Paris Hotel
One of the New York Times favorite culinary artists, Chef Joho, heads the kitchen at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant on the 11th floor of the Paris Hotel overlooking the Strip. Just getting into the restaurant is an experience as guests are privy to a glass elevator ride. Once inside, they find French cuisine at its finest, exemplary service and ornate décor to match. The intimate lighting within, combined with the awe-inspiring fountain show of the Bellagio outside, make for an extraordinary dining experience not to be forgotten.
Texas de Brazil at Town Square
Intimate dining meets Southwest cuisine at the Texas de Brazil, located at Vegas’ Town Square. For anyone whose idea of a sensuous and romantic dining experience includes the usual soft music, fanciful lighting and the finest selection of wines, combined with the less conventional quality of massive hunks of beef seared to each patrons precise specifications, this is the place to be. Vegetarians won’t be disappointed either as the immense salad bar is flawlessly fresh and abundant with buffet-style fares.
Michael Mina Las Vegas at the Bellagio
Headed by Chef Michael Mina, Haute Living’s choice of #2 among the “Top 5 Celebrity Chefs in Las Vegas” and Gayot.com’s “Best Restaurateur in the U.S.”, Michael Mina Las Vegas is a premier fine dining experience right on the Strip. Mina takes full advantage of the seasonal produce selection to ensure the freshest ingredients year round. The menu consists mostly of cultured American cuisine and contemporary seafood dishes, and of course the very best wine and desert selections. The restaurant’s design is a piece of art in itself, accentuated by ambient lighting and spectacular window views.
Nove Italiano at the Palms
Within the Palms Hotel and Casino’s Fantasy Tower is an eccentric little restaurant called Nove Italiano (“No-Vay”). The menu is incredible, offering the refined taste of Italian cuisine at its finest, but the design is well beyond anything found in any other major city. Not many would dare to combine a luxurious ivory theme and gold embellishments with multiple shades of purple and (some may have to read this twice) leopard print seats! Nove not only did it, they actually pulled it off in an elegant manner that most can appreciate (it is the Fantasy Tower, after all). A fantastic fine dining experience on the Strip, hungry patrons allow Executive Chef Geno Bernardo and his talented staff tempt their taste buds with unparalleled service and culinary delights.
