Celebrity Chef Restaurants
For some, celebrity chef restaurants are locally accessible, but for the majority of us, a vacation is required to taste the sumptuous creations of our beloved super-artists of cuisine. Las Vegas is a prime destination for such dining opportunities, so you might as well make the most of your experience. Below is a brief description of some of the best celebrity chef restaurants in Vegas.
Emeril Lagasse
If you’ve ever watched the Food Network, chances are you are very familiar with (“Bam!”) Emeril Lagasse. The New Orleans chef’s dishes are some of the most beloved in the world, although incredibly high in calories. But it’s a vacation right? You can afford a few extra calories on such a special occasion. You will find Emeril’s succulent creations available at four famed Las Vegas restaurants: Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House in MGM Grand, Delmonico Steakhouse at the Venetian, Table 10 at the Palazzo and Lagasse’s Stadium, also at the Palazzo.
Wolfgang Puck
We all know the name, but so few of us have had the opportunity to provide our palates with the intense creations of master chef Wolfgang Puck. You’re in luck (a requirement in Vegas!), because Woflgang’s flavors can be found at fifteen restaurants in the Las Vegas area, for both casual and fine dining.
Fine Dining: Wolfgang Puck Pizzeria and Cucina in Crystals at CityCenter; Spago Las Vegas at the Forum Shops of Caesar’s Palace; CUT at the Palazzo; Postrio Bar & Grill at the Palazzo; Trattorio del Lupo at Mandalay Bay; Wolfgand Puck Bar & Grill at the Venetian.
Casual Dining: Wolfgang Puck Express at McCarran Intl Airport; Springs Preserve Café by Wolfgang Puck.
Bobby Flay
‘Throw-Down with Bobby Flay’ has brought his name into millions of homes, but it’s the taste of Bobby Flay’s spectacular creations that has made him so famous. Bobby Flay has only a few restaurants around the Unites States, and one of the best has to be the Mesa Grill located in Caesar’s Palace on the Las Vegas Strip. The food is absolutely amazing, and you can even purchase his personal recipe seasonings and attempt to “throw-down” in your own kitchen.
Todd English
If you’ve never heard the name, you’re probably barely old enough to hit the tables in Las Vegas. Celebrity chef Todd English gained fame in the late 1980’s and 1990’s, winning numerous awards for his incredible abilities in the kitchen. Let your taste buds rendezvous with his recipes and signature dishes at Olives at the Bellagio and the famous Todd English P.U.B. in Crystals at CityCenter.
Mario Batali
Famed ‘Iron Chef’ Mario Batali is incredibly tough to beat on the Food Network’s ‘Iron Chef America’, and there’s a good reason for it. He’s an absolutely unbelievable chef! His culinary creations, laced with the Italian influence of his grandmother, can now be found all across the United States, including the following Las Vegas restaurants: B&B Ristorante at the Venetian and the Carnevino Italian Steakhouse at the Palazzo.
